Work · Build Story

EricGajewski.com

The home of the human-first B2B framework behind EKG — the principles, the writing, and the approach, for businesses that can’t afford average thinking.

The home of the framework everything else here is built on — written down plainly, so it can be argued with.

A framework you can read before you ever call.

Most consulting sites describe services. This one publishes the actual thinking, in full, because the buyer worth having is the one who wants to check the reasoning first.

  • The framework is the site — the principles are laid out as a readable structure rather than hidden behind a contact form. If someone takes it and uses it without hiring anyone, that’s a fair outcome.
  • A reference layer underneath — questions get their own permanent, self-contained answers — the layer that answer engines can quote and a reader can land on cold.
  • Two ways to navigate the same library — broad sections for humans browsing, and a shared subject spine that runs across every content type for machines and for readers who arrive mid-topic. Both, deliberately — neither replaced the other.
  • A personal signature — this is the one property that wears the full-colour pulse. The business site keeps the single red beat; the personal site gets the whole spectrum.

The same bones

You’ll read this list on every build story. That’s deliberate — the architecture is the product.

  • One house theme system — a shared parent theme with a light per-site child, so every fix strengthens every site.
  • Native, editable blocks — owners maintain their own pages; nothing we ship breaks the editor.
  • Forms-only contact — spam-filtered forms, never a printed email address.
  • Real metrics only — one lightweight measurement rail; no vanity numbers.
  • Search & answer-engine ready — clean structure, structured data, and instant indexing pings on every publish.
  • Type that fits every screen — one fluid typography scale across the whole portfolio.
